110 Copies of Sadako’s Prayer Distributed in Islamabad

Fauzia Minallah is a friend of ANT-Hiroshima in Pakistan. She reports that 110 copies of the peace education book, Sadako’s Prayer, were distributed at the, Universal Gospel Assembly Church, at the Christain Colony, Islamabad and the story was read out to the assembled children.

50 books were also donated to Pehli Kiran School, Islamabad.

Fauzia Minallah runs the Funkor Child Art Centre. Funkor uses the medium of arts to extend children’s outlook and awareness of the concepts of environment and heritage protection, human rights, equality, tolerance and peace.
